How do you measure progress?

We use short observational check-ins aligned to course goals (e.g., letter-sound mapping, one-to-one counting, pencil grasp). Families receive weekly notes on growth and gentle next steps.

What does a typical session look like?

Each 45–60 minute session starts with a nature warm-up, moves into a focused skill routine, and ends with reflection and choice-time. Materials are simple and safe.

What is your refund policy?

Full refund within the first week if the fit isn’t right. After week one, we offer prorated credits for unused sessions. No hidden fees.

Are courses group-based or one-on-one?

Most are small groups (6–8 learners) to practice cooperation and turn-taking. Some offerings include one-on-one coaching for targeted practice.

Do we need special materials?

No specialized kits. Expect paper, crayons, safety scissors, blocks, and nature finds like leaves or pebbles. Substitutions are always listed.

Do you support bilingual learners?

Yes. Bilingual Basics emphasizes vocabulary bridges, picture cues, and routines that reduce language load while building confidence.

Are your courses screen-heavy?

No. Lessons are hands-on and screen-light. Parent guides outline playful off-screen extensions.
